Little Biz Resources provides subscription-based software services. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as our Merchant of Record.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for certain software services.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Billing frequency is displayed at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital software services and immediate access to proprietary systems, refunds are generally not issued.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of verified billing errors or significant service malfunction.
Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
